Responsibilities include maintaining inventory availability, analyzing capacity needs, and implementing network updates. - Supervise and manage the back-office provisioning of service delivery.
- Handle on-net feasibility, access networks, and customer order provisioning.
- Drive projects to enhance systems and processes for efficient and timely order provisioning.
- Focus on ILD, NLD, and MAN networks for cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure availability of network systems and bandwidth for provisioning.
- Analyse and address capacity needs for network augmentation or optimization.
- Organize and direct operations for installation support, network services, and major moves.
- Identify and implement updates for network enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuring telecom infrastructure to meet design specifications.
- Manage and monitor order planning and delivery, emphasizing configuration management.
- Guide and monitor the team in designing networks for timely customer connectivity.
- Oversee the handover to project implementation teams.
- Drive change management initiatives and monitor change processes and IT initiatives.
- Aim for delivering tested active service layers to customers on time at optimal costs.
